Fee Schedule

My office values transparent pricing and tax support that is easy to ask for.
The tax accountant himself handles your case directly, from reviewing your accounts and making tax judgments to year-end closing and filing.

― My Approach to Fees

I believe a tax accountant is not merely someone who prepares tax returns, but an advisor who supports your business from an accounting and tax perspective. Providing the right support at the right time for your stage of business and challenges — this hands-on, walk-alongside approach is what I value most.

My fees are based on expertise developed at a Big Four tax firm and direct handling by the tax accountant himself. Beyond preparing returns, I identify tax issues and future risks early so that you can focus on your business with peace of mind.

Three things to check before choosing a tax accountant on price alone
POINT 01
Can you talk directly to the tax accountant?

When tax judgments are needed, it matters who takes responsibility. If you can speak directly with the tax accountant, information sharing and decisions go much more smoothly.

POINT 02
Is tax advice included?

The support you receive differs greatly depending on whether only the return is prepared or tax advice during the year is included. Check whether you can ask about expenses, consumption tax and expected tax payments.

POINT 03
Are they strong on tax reforms and practice?

Tax rules change every year, so it is important that the latest rules can be applied in practice. Being able to check applicable measures and caveats early lets you run your business with confidence.

FEATURE 01

Handled directly by the tax accountant

Rather than leaving things to staff, the tax accountant handles everything from consultation to filing. Communication is clear and decisions move smoothly.

FEATURE 02

Support based on your accounting data

Using your day-to-day accounting data, I check expected tax payments and tax issues early, organizing the numbers so you can use them in business decisions.

FEATURE 03

Clear pricing based on annual revenue

Monthly advisory fees and year-end fees are clearly listed by business type and revenue. Monthly meetings and business support can be added as options only when needed.

The figures below are standard starting prices by annual revenue. Fees vary depending on the nature of your business, transaction volume, organization of documents and frequency of support; a formal quote is provided after the initial consultation. Please note that my office works on the basis of annual advisory contracts and does not accept one-off engagements for preparing tax returns only.

― FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Your fees seem higher than other offices. Why?

Drawing on my experience at a Big Four tax firm, I focus not only on preparing returns but on identifying tax issues and future risks early. Because I personally handle everything from meetings and tax judgments to preparing returns, clients who value direct access to a tax accountant and the quality of judgment choose my office.

Can I also request monthly meetings or business support?

Yes. Regular monthly or quarterly meetings, monthly business reviews, cash flow and tax payment planning, and executive compensation optimization are available on request with a separate quote. The standard monthly fee covers reviewing your accounting data and tax advice during the year (standard scope), so you can choose only the support you need.

Do you offer bookkeeping services?

My office works on the basis of in-house bookkeeping (you organize and enter your own accounting data). The data you enter is reviewed by the tax accountant himself, checking the accounts used, tax issues and areas for improvement. I also support you with how to handle and run your accounting as needed, so first-timers need not worry.

Can I request only a tax return or year-end filing on a one-off basis?

I’m sorry, but my office does not accept one-off engagements for annual filings only. My service is based on advisory contracts with ongoing support throughout the year, including reviewing your accounting data and making tax judgments during the year. Addressing issues early helps confirm applicable measures and avoid risks.

Is the initial consultation charged?

The initial consultation is free. I will ask about your business, concerns and current setup, and propose fees tailored to your revenue and needs. Please feel free to contact me via the inquiry form.

Can I switch from another tax accountant?

Yes. The smoothest timing is to consult 3–6 months before your fiscal year-end, but switching mid-year is also possible. I will help review handover documents and organize the necessary information. First, please tell me what you are unhappy with and why you want to switch.
